Naude wins appeal

The Director of the Christian Institute of South Africa, Rev Dr C F Beyers Naude, was charged and convicted in 1973 for refusing to testify before a Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (Schlebush Commission). The news article reports that his appeal against his conviction had been successful.
