MINUTES OF THE INAUGURAL MEETING OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED BY THE DURBAN CITY COUNCIL AND NATAL INDIAN ASSOCIATION AT THE REQUEST OF THE HONOURABLE THE MINISTER OF THE INTERIOR

In the unavoidable absence of the Honourable the Minister of the Interior, Mr. Geake, Principal Immigration Officer, Durban, presided over the meeting. Mr. Geake reviewed the appointment of the Joint Committee in pursuance of the followings terms of reference :
